Return & Refund Policy

All return and refund requests are subject to review and approval by QiQi Online House on a case-by-case basis.

Returned goods/products will be inspected together with the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be returned in good condition, unused, and in their original packaging, including the original shipping carton where applicable.

Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used
• The product is damaged due to customer misuse
• The item is not returned in its original condition

Please note that QiQi Online House will not be responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipping process. Customers are advised to use a reliable courier service with tracking for all returns.

Once the returned goods/products have been received, inspected, and approved, the refund process will be completed within 7–14 working days.
