We provides free delivery shipping to West Malaysia with purchase RM188 & East Malaysia with purchase RM388

for singapore and international shipping fee please contact us before purchase or contact us via fb page messenger, we have shipping charging based on the weight of the item you are purchase .

Order received will be processed and shipped out on next day. The delivery will take place within 3--5 working days.

We also will take into consideration of product availability and will advise according if any delayed in delivery time.

Your parcels are delivered using the courier services via poslaju /Gdex / ABS.  currently we only available to ship to peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. All addresses are unable to make any adjustment once already in processing. (unless special case, please contact our customer service). 

We try our best to prepare your orders and send them out by the next day but orders can only be shipped during working days and hours. We hope our beloved customers might note that QiQi Online House does not represent courier companies, and as much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcels can suffer delays beyond our control. However, please rest assured we're on your side and will help in any way we can.
